HIIT, is it just for some?

As long as it is well planned and directed, anyone can do HIIT. There are no scientific records of any problems with people practicing HIIT. However, the training requires some adaptations, such as intensity, because if a person is physically active their capacity will be greater than someone with a more sedentary lifestyle or even a beginner.

Every start to a high-intensity activity must be gradual and adapted to the physical capacity of each individual, never preventing anyone from doing it, but rather guiding them towards safe training to avoid future injuries and complications. Of course, people who have osteoarticular problems, such as ankle, knee, lower back, and shoulder problems in some cases, depending on what is going to be done, may have some limitations and may not even be prevented from doing the training in some cases. But these would be exceptions, people who traditionally have no problems at all, that's fine, as long as these factors are taken into account.
