Rational or irrational?
These days we have a very busy lifestyle where everyday chores seem endless. Thus we have repetitive days, with similar outcomes and regular habits, most of them sedentary leading to a constant inactivity.
Hence a question ...
Are we the rational and our pets the irrational?
So let's think a little together!
Do you workout regularly? When you return to training, what is your main fear? When does your intensity increase?
Let's look at some of the more common answers to these questions:
"When I return to training I feel some muscular pain due to my inactivity!"
"I'm afraid of pain, of being injured and of not being able to work!"
"When I train a lot I feel joint pain, I already had muscle strains and sprains and that I get back to being more active without taking those risks!"
When these questions arise there is a curious comparison. Let us then analyze the behavior of our pets.
How many times have they had muscle injuries, sprains, joint pain without any external accident?
Should we not stop to think a little and realize that we do not give enough use to our body?
Will the routine we choose lead us to have the life we hope to have?
Every day count and be sure to live with your body for the rest of your life, so take care of it, so have the quality of life you deserve!
